I couldn't make this game, but heard DFC were dreadful and Drogs were worthy winners.
Overall our pre-season has been less than impressive to say the least, 2 wins v Cobh and Galway both away, that was it really as the plus points, lost to Bohs, Waterford and last night to Drogs.

Drogs first win since 2014. Look, its a re-build job for DFC no doubt about that after the mess than P6 caused.
I think most fans are happy that its back to local owners in StatSports and Andy Connolly, also his brother returned last week too (see below), so good structures back and club will be in good shape.
However I think it will take until 2023 for the team to challenge, stronger squad to assemble, and this season will be more a case of stabilising, but most will be happy with this, at least it will be enjoyable to look forward to going to oriel park again with a positive mood around the club.

Glebe North beat Bohs 2-1,I don’t put much stock in friendly results but that’s a surprising one a week out from the new season…
Irish by birth ,Harps by the grace of god.
Makes you wonder what the score would've been had they faced the whole of Glebe, rather than just the north.
