a new show on RTE where they take people with no experience at all and train them to be chefs, journalists etc ... looks pretty damn cool!

Interesting. I think I'll apply for the Journalist one for the laugh.

(I nearly applied for the fat farm / country house one on C4, but they wouldn't take applications from Ireland. Xenophobic *******s.)

Yeah it looks like a bit of larf, always fancied myself as a bit of a chef!
