BTW please note the permutations table on the site is not perfect, I assumed ourselves, France, Israel and Switzerland would all win the remaining games against Cyprus and the Faroes (not an entirley unreasonable assumption, I think) so obviously if one of them loses or draws any of those games, the table would have to be changed.
