There's an obvious joke to be made about Finn Park resembling a war zone but I'm too nice (and tired) to make it.

Ha touché. I'd forgotten about that. I like Finn Park actually, had a few enjoyable visits there. Most notably that play off final in 2002.

    That's a good effort. I surrender. I'm sorry, Harpies.

Consequently, I brought a guy to his first game in Longford last season, and he said the ground and surroundings reminded him of some random Eastern European stadia.

We'd still only get 600 or 700 into it sadly.

Don't toy with my heart like this. He's been the player we've missed most this season.

yeah it was mentioned by Neil ORiordan in Irish Sun today. Hes played only one game since he moved to Plymouth.
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

Yeah, that would be nice. Although, I like Adam O’Reilly and Ben McCormack looks like he’s ready to be a starter now, not to mention Jamie Lennon, so who would miss out ? Good problem to have though

Anyone know where Whelan and Kerrigan are going in the summer window. The word was Rovers but also heard Lincoln City had entered the race

EXCLUSIVE: League One side make Shamrock Rovers boss their top target - Irish Mirror Online

Bradser , Glenn Cronin and Stephen Mc all off to Lincoln according to the Irish Mirror.
Looks like Derrys to lose if this is true.

Would be a bad move IMO.
I'm about an hour away from Lincoln. They've gone from 2,500 to 10,000 and back down to 8,000 fans at home games.
Comfortably avoided Relegation from the English Third Tier. a large proportion of their Fans would be on his back quick - the ones who can't remember when they nearly went out of business twice.
Funded by a South African/English Businessman and various Venture Capitalists(one from the US). Just put in for planning permission for a new ground.

Last thing we need is for Bradser to leave but from what you are saying above New Money , New stadium plans it doesnt sound like a bad move.........expectant fans ........hard to be worse than us to be fair
