This fixture reminds me of the 3rd place playoff in 1994. Real carnival atmosphere as both have gone much further in the tournament than anyone expected.

It's very close, but I'll go blue, as much to keep it interesting as anything else.

That makes it 5-5 by my count - might be an opportunity for Pineapple Stu to get his boots on and make a rare appearance on the pitch!

I'll be going blue Randolph for what it's worth.

I've said before that I don't like these monotone kits (and also monotone outfield kits while I think of it - green shirt and shorts is just wrong), but it's a nice deep blue colour and it's the better of two mundane offerings at this level of play.

My influence felt there as we broke away from level scores to end 8-5 for blue Randolph after I'd said it was the better one

But it's time for the final now. The 80s derby. The treble-chasing kit against the favourite. Bonner against Bonner. I'd still have had one of the madder 90s kits here, but all told I think it's not a bad final. But only one can win...

    Paths to the final
    Black and orange Bonner
First round - beat inverse blue/yellow Given 9-0
    Second round - beat stealth-black Bazunu 10-3
Third round - beat black arms/pin-stripes McDonagh 10-0
    Quarters - beat inverse yellow/blue Kelly 12-0
    Semis - beat Samdolph 12-1

    Treble-chasing Bonner
First round - beat Reprieved Colgan 8-1
Second round - beat Given 8-0 in the Euro kit derby
Third round - beat Purple Randolph 9-1
    Quarter-final - beat Cyan Bazunu 8-1
    Semi-final - beat Blue Randolph 8-2

I do love the orange so that gets my vote.

Reminds me of the time my father, a non-drinker, who usually sipped a glass of orange while playing, noticed his opponent in a darts match doing the same while warming up. My father very innocently remarked " I see you're an orange man like myself" much to the consternation of the very obviously tattooed northern Irish nationalist he was playing. My Da being socially awkward at the best of times, came fairly close to just forfeiting the match and going home on the spot.

I'm voting for Bonner's orange top. It's been my favourite since round one.

I'm also voting by proxy for a mate: the Man from Del Monte says yes. And he's an orange man too.

I'll go Orange as well but it's a close one for me.
