Cobh Ramblers 4 Galway United 1

Smashing game of football, thought the players were really up for it. Not sure who i would say was man of the match as they were all outstanding, was impressed with the new signings.

Down to ten men and no keeper and we still went on to get another in the net. Great Performance keep it going!!!!!!

    great win.

hendo should keep the players on the ground now cause they may get cocky after that win.

I'm delighted Rams won. Hopefully Rams can go on a winning streak and get promation back on their minds. Limerick next week should be a cracker. I won't be there cause I have a 21st party to go to.

Great result, I heard Burkey had a good game alright. From what I've been told, he's just what they need at the moment. He's got plenty of experiance and is very composed on the ball.

    Good result,

Enjoyed the game. Nice to come out of a few poor results. We looked a lot more composed, and O'Reilly looked sharp up front.

Can anyone tell me why we had no keeper cover, fair due's to lougheed going in goal and almost saved the penalty.

Nice to see Davie Warren back, a shame a talent like him out of football. Looked less than match fit, but looked like he lost a bit of weight, should be interesting to see his fitness levels come up to match fit.

Have ye a keeper for Saturday's game? Your regular lad is suspended I presume.

Will have to be James McCarthy, he played 1st half in the Friendly against S****horpe.

James McCarthy will be in goal, he played down in Limerick, saved a penalty that night. A decent replacement for Alan O'Shea.

    Yeah - he wasn't bad.
