    Galway United vs Limerick

Are United favourites for this one?, I reckon they should do it considering recent form of both sides.

A bunch of us from Tralee are going up to Galway for the w/end so we are going to the game. Hopefully our buddy Derek can net another goal and send United up the table where they belong!

going on form I would fancy united to win this one, but it will be tight. Bookies will probably have both teams around the same price (evens) but will still put money on them as they haven't lost a game that I have betted on!!!

    My Prediction 3-2 to united.

    Limerick have taken great strides

......Limerick are doing excellent this season. they have changed themselves around completely . I remember when games like these used to be no problem for United but after seeing us lose to Limerick earlier this season I can only expect a close encounter this time around . I also think after the performances we put up against Premier Division teams and our recent form in the First Division that we could get a win out of this one I agree with Conor 3-1 United : ) btw thanks for welcoming me lads = )

    United to shade it!

I agree that Limerick are an improved side this year also!,for the first time in years their best players have opted to play FAI Senior instead of playing junior football with the likes of Pike and Fairview Rangers (e.g. Kelliher).

But current form is the most important and I reckon it will be a close game, but United will shade it by the odd goal...

What are the odds again? cos i can see a 5 0 drubbing for our lot with the way they've played over the last five weeks and all from headers with Lavine the two Frawleys and Moran to get on the score sheet

    Well done United

Well done to Galway United on Friday night, a well fought and well deserved win, and also a very entertaining win.

If United can keep the good form up I reckon they won't be too far away from the top two or three sides!
