why arent ye on saying how wel we played and how unlucky we were??

i'm shocked yere not on here saying we barely lost the game etc.??

I have to say terry I dont know how you can call your self a supporter of anything.

All you are is a fool.

We all know the game was not great last night but we are stll joint 3rd in the table which is a huge improvement on where we were this time last season.

There are still 2 rounds to play and if the players are signed that we want then I think we will push hard for promotion.

It is sad when pepole knock the club when there is no need for it.

Things are a lot better this year then last so lets concentrate on that as far as I am concerned as long as we finish above where we were at the end of the last season we will have made progress.

The team is not settled , players are continually played out of position to accomodate injuries and suspensions. The defense has being very vulnerable as a result of continuous change. You need to have a set back four that understand each other, a keeper that will shout and roar at them and a midfield that will track runs made from midfield.
This team has great potential and have played, albeit rarely, some excellent football. With the new signings coming and if a constant 11 can be assembled then yes we can make a real challenge. Some of the results in this division have been bizarre ...... so I think it is still up for grabs... come on the Rams

the Vikings did everything to let us back in the game. They should have really pasted us in the game. At least 4 up at halftime. It was probably our worst performance that I have seen in a very long time.

Where do you start, Colin Falvey nightmare, John Meade hasn't played at all well, maybe pressure of club captain is too much for the youngster. Brossie back trying to stop the second goal really showed how easy it was for the vikings.

Hendo needs to get the lads motivated both on the field and dressing room (didn't see or hear him shout 1 piece of advise or try change the formation during the game). No imagination or tactical sense. As bad as we were changes in the team should have being made after the first goal. It was obvious we didn't have the capability to trouble DFC with the team formation as it was. I don't mind losing as long as an effort is made to compete but I felt we were leaderless both on and off the pitch.

Lets hope the team incl management wake up sooner rather than later.

and why did the 'keeper' not even bother try so stop there tap in????

Hear , hear.... back to playschool until you understand the game a bit better..... if you think a town with a pick from 14000 people can be evenly matched with a City of 1.5 Million then I think you misunderstand the situation a little bit. And to insult some of the players in the manner that you have on this posting for their time, efforts and hard work put in all week to entertain you on a Saturday is a disgrace which clearly proves the above point.

If you want to follow the team with the most money and biggest player squads, your in the wrong place buddy....so shut up or put up and start supporting the team as they deserve.

..if were going to support them after a preformace like that then they're not going to be botherd if they win lose or draw!

its people like you are the reason were rotting away in the first divsion,i'll tell you something if sligo rovers,cork city or any of the other teams that are doing well put on that performance they'd be booed of the pitch by their fans!!

booing shows passion and a will to win,the players arent going to give a **** how they do if the fans dont.

time for everyone to get there ass in gear now or else look forward to another year in this division.

I have to agree I think we should get behind the boys but it makes it laugh to see Terry 9 that you are most vocal when Ramblers dont do well. I think you enjoy knocking the Cobh lads and to be honest I think I will speak for most people when I say I am sick to death of your negitivity. Ramblers are still joint third which is a BIG improvement on previous years. But people like you are never happy. Of course there is room for improvement and I'm sure the managment know this and are working hard on it! I have been looking on other sites with defeats for their sides and surprsie surprise they do not knock their side when they under perform but get behind them perhaps we should take a leaf out of their book - have a look at support Limerick have win, lose or draw!

Well said C&B. At least most of our fans seem to have realistic expectations with limited resources and probably the lowest budget for players in the 1st Division. To be in 3rd place and still in with a chance of going up is a great achievement by a very young bunch of players. To be ahead of Big City clubs like Limerick, Galway, Kilkenny and even Kildare with their support and money is a good achievement to date.

Personally although I think we would enjoy going up and playing teams of a higher calibre..and we have to aim for that target .....I think we are still not quiet ready for it either in strength of depth squadwise OR financially and would come straight back down broke and heavily in dept.

were not as bad of financialy as you and many other fans let on my friend so stop using money as an excuse!

Em Daw...we didnt make that much from the Roy Keane deal and the rest was to pay off debts etc...if you were a season ticket holder you would of been told that at the AGM by our previous chairman! Rambler 1 is right we have the lowest budget in the first division! We all strive for perfection but with realistic goals!

Surely be to god you do think that out of the games you have seen this year that the Team are quite good and have the potential to do well in comparison to other years!!!!
