    Google Earth

Anybody been playing with this? Much higher resolution than its predecessor, maps.google.com. For anyone who's not familiar with the programme, it utilises satellite imagery to construct a zoomable mosaic-type map of the world, with major urban areas visible in minute detail. The Dublin map is a lot of fun.

Check out Tolka Park - the SFC lettering at the Ballybough End is clearly visible (must have been captured on a match day!) If you peer closely, you may just discern the image of Bobby Ryan sprawling on his arse.

Pretty cool thing I must admit. I was a big fan of google map and sattellite and looks like they've topped that again.
The glass isn't half full or half empty it's just too damn big!

Do you have to download the software to use it? Can't download such stuff at work...
