it wasnt just the corporate boxes. It was the back of the lower and middle tiers as well. I thinks its a safety thing. Bugged the hell out of me friday night as I was at the back of the lower canal.

Still though when the whole stadium was lit up it was incredible. The safety lights definately didnt detract from that effect.

You must be all google eyed being that close to the big screen. I know I am and I was half way back. Then again maybe it was the pot smoking teenagers beside me that caused it.

I was wondering what that smell was

Didn't have to look at the screen cause could see everything on stage from where I was standing

So you saw Bono's Dad on stage?
    Make up your mind, girl.
There was stuff on the screen which wasn't what was happening on stage.

the screens were above thats at the side of the lighting display showing the band members on stage.. and two screens at the sides of the stage showing the band too..

What? I coudn't care less what political achievements the song has enjoyed, I listen to music for the entertainment value, not to be lectured by some tool like Bono. You see that's why I feel like puking everytime I hear\see Bono, the political BS that he goes on with. If he's so worried about poverty etc, why doesn't he start up some schemes in these countries with the vast wealth that he has earned? Why doesn't he do a Bob Geldof, and instead of talking $hit all the time, actually go out and organise big concerts\fundraising events? I'd pay good money to give him a good kick in the balls to be honest...

Regarding the song, IMO it sounds like a modern pop version of YNWA, emotionally it sounds the same, and that's all i'm interested in.
