FAI receive €2m grant
The Football Association of Ireland has received a further €2 million in Government funding for the Technical Development Plan, the Minister of Arts, Sport and Tourism John O’Donoghue announced on Thursday.
O’Donoghue was joined in making the announcement by John Treacy, the Chief Executive of the Irish Sports Council, and FAI Chief Executive John Delaney.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
