TBH - more or less the same as yours but she adds various spices etc. Can't remember the spice names. Never listen to her much anyway LOL

Here's another quickie:

Get a packet of Paxo - pop it into a bowl and add water - four minutes at 600 in the microwave.
Get some rashers, put stuffing on each rasher and roll the rasher around the stuffing.
Pop the rashers onto a pan or in the grill. A few minutes later you've got.........
Stuffed rashers - lovely.
