Well you can't force a player to sign for a club if he doesn't want to. They can accept bids but he can say no like he did with Forest.
First time I've seen him properly today, he's a big guy for his age obviosuly he's not going to grow much more so I guess he's ready for men's football. He was quick and always willing to get forward and take on his man. He definitely has pace too, probably not as good defensively as a lot came down his side and a couple of chances that Birmingham really should have finished. Overall thought he did well.
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker
And I really love your knockers,I'm a labourer by day,
I **** up all me pay,Watching footy on TV,
Just feed me more VB,Just pour my beer,And get my smokes, And go away
I think he has improved (and matured) since the start of the season. Still very raw and positional/ reading of the game is an obvious weakness, but lots to like in his directness and pace.

Festy off to Udinese. Assume this is at the end of the season when his contract is up, unless the window remains open in Italy.
Will be a pre contract for the summer. Window is shut in Italy. Derby will be happier this way as they get compensated for their player but get to keep him for the rest of the season rather than lose him for cheap in January.
They'll get a whole lot less than if he were to leave to an English club. He'll definitely end up a Watford through this move
I’d say you’re ok if you have a pre contract signed.
Reported to be having a medical today ahead of a summer move to Udinese.. might start seeing Irish players coming from all over Europe to future internationals
According to www.the72.co.uk (Tues 9 Feb), it was Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio who came up with the story that Festy was having a medical prior to a transfer to Udinese in the summer. However, Wayne Rooney was naturally interested to hear this 'news' and made enquiries. “I spoke to the player and the club, and no one has been in touch with either the administrators or the player.” It seems young Festy and his girlfriend were in Italy on a short break!
Just scored against Hull and had an assist for the second goal... and he's absolutely terrorising the Hull defence
He's playing the same kind of position as Ogbene.... would hate to be a right back spending 60 minutes running after one of them, only to see him subbed off and the other come on and spend another 30 minutes doing their Usain Bolt impression
Festy just scored a lovely goal. On SkySports if anyone is interested... Also had a non-assist assist for the second goal... meanwhile Knight got an assist, nice cross, for the first goal...
Any link for the goal

His non assist is a thing of beauty too. The way he stands up the full back and the picks the most efficient line he could possibly take to stride last him and towards goal.

Will he get a call up in March?
Thanks
