Udinese were very wasteful in the first half. Didn't have much involvement bar one or two moments. Switch of formation and replaced him with a striker. Standard for this mid table Serie A game has been poor.

I watched about half the game. He looked very comfortable, playing some nice passes on the right side. Only caveat would be that Sampdoria were awful, they'd be the equivalent of a mid-table Championship team at best. The bottom end of Serie A is well below the bottom half of the Premier League these days. So Festy wasn't really tested at all as Udinese looked comfortably the stronger team throughout.

Thats impressive considering how short a time hes been there, its one thing picking up bits and pieces to get by day to day, its a whole other thing to have the confidence to do a tv interview.
