Fairly bad for F1 to have this in the US too - i'd say will have diffilculty getting fans to turn up next year.
Fans will be fairly p!ssed off alright given F1 tickets are expensive enough.
Podium celebrations should be fun.
wonder will someone in the crowd do something really stupid like get onto the trackor similar ?.
police chief interviewed at the track seemed concerned

Monteiro was a legend!
While Schumacher and Barrichello politely strolled off after the anthems he was celebrating big time spraying his champagne into the crowd. This guy is a hero.

Aye, not his fault that the michelin runners had dangerous equipment - fair play to himOriginally Posted by Aberdonian Stu

If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.
Yesterday was a disgrace, it showed a complete and utter disregard for the fans. Can you imagine if you forked out €000's to go see that.
I wouldnt blame the drivers, mainly the FIA and the team principals and Michelin to an extent. Yes they brought the wrong tyres but why they couldnt reach an agreement like all bridgestones start at the front, all michelin cars are given a time penalty at the end/start of the race in return for the chicane.
It was a complete joke, there should be some sort of arbitration body to deal with circumstances like this whose decision would be binding on all and ultimately would lead to what the fans want-a race.
F1 in the US is dead for sure.
