In the Setanta cup if there's a clash of shirts the home team changed, maybe it's the same in the FAI cup?

That's what I was thinking alright, though was that rule even implemented in the Setanta, ye wore yellow down in Cork, and City wore white at Tolka?

I can't remember how it worked in the end but that was the rule anyway, they probably just make it up as they go along tbh.

Maybe their normal kit was still in the wash !?!?
You'd never get the dirt out of them though !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Its an FAI Cup rule. It harps back to junior football where the home team would have access to a change of kit quickly.
