The game has really picked up here in the last few minutes. We just had to sit through ninety minutes of utter rubbish to see it.

Kenny is very reactive, not proactive.

Brady couldn’t move since HT. Had to go off injured before he subbed him.

433 suits teams that are comfortable with the ball. Bulgaria are woeful, so are we,

We would've been better off playing with 10 rather than Cyrus Christie

What an irritating game of football

A bit infuriating to see us dominating poorer players for the last 15 minutes , instead of for the whole thing. O'Shea, Christie, Byrne, Cullen, Long all showed glimpses of utter superiority that I feel was probably within us for much of the game.

Strange game. It was tough viewing, probably because of the fact that we had more limited players out there. I was happy with O'Shea, Knight and Cullen and I feel they give us options. So does Jack Byrne and hopefully Troy Parrott. Manning was really poor. Hourihane has been poor and was true to form tonight. Collins is little more than an option.

That is exactly how I would describe it. Why in the name of Jesus he left it so late to change Curtis and Collins I'll never know.

can't really say anything negative because of the covid free pass.

Duffy did ok. Collins got in decent positions. Knight has something about him.

    neither side deserved a win.

    Too little. Too late.

Time to show him the door. This has gone long enough. Mick McCarthy left us with a playoff for the Euros and looking fairly secure of being in the 2nd pot for the World Cup. He's ****ed all that up against the wall and never even had the common decency too look upset about how it's been going.

On the positives, Knight had a very encouraging game, Cullen was hood when he came in, made a difference. There are some good players to come back in.

    we needed two front man,
we can play this with minnows
Manning showed today he is better in midfield. Cullen was huge

Because Hourihane is muck and he had tried an in swinger already. He was the worst player on the field.

We actually looked like a team with some ideas for the last 15 mi nutes but it took Kenny too long to react...even then he left Hourihane on and it hurt us.

Atrocious again. One goal in eight matches. 10 and a half hours without a goal.

A competent manager confined to to picking players from the LOI couldn't have gotten worse results. This is the worst it's been in the modern era.

I could never have believed we'd fall so far.

Incredibly, Bulgaria look even worse than us, yet still we couldn't score.

There was a lot more positives at the end of that second half than there was at the end of the first.

Not to say I'm happy with it as I can only imagine walking down Shelbourne Road now fuming, but with the hope that come March we won't be with a hundred first choice players unavailable, that the green shoots will start to come good.

Or of course we could **** it all up the wall and get in Paul Jewell or Phillipe Troussier.

While the fans are clearly divided on whether Kenny should go or not, I think the reality of the FAI piggybank* means that sacking him is off the table. Basically, the only way he goes in the short term is if he Kevin Kegans it. ("I'm blaming nobody but myself. I wasn't good enough.")

    *Thanks, JD.

we are stick to him until 20 games,
    unless he resigns

4-3-3 nullifies us going very predictable

    Ditch 433. 442, 4411, 352. I’ll take anything.

I’d like to see Cullen, Knight and Byrne get a crack in a friendly.

Hourihane. I genuinely do not understand how he keeps getting minutes. Bar run to the ball when the CB are in possession to instantly pass it back what else does he offer?

Curtis and Manning out of their depth tonight.

Brady played well against Wales I thought, way off the pace tonight. His inconsistency must drive Dyche crazy.

11 hours without a goal is astonishing.

Oh yes, wouldn't it be just terrible if all that amazing progress we've made over the past eight games were to go to waste...
