    Ola Ibrahim (D/M? Derby b.200?)

Former Cherry Orchard player Ola Ibrahim is on the bench for Derby tonight. He signed for the Rams after being released from Manchester United in the summer, and has clearly made rapid progress.

All goals, yellow and red cards tweeted in real time on mastodon, BlueSky and facebook

Out of curiosity, to what extent has he been involved in our underage setup, and what kind of player is he?

Given he’s a first year scholar, that puts him in the 2003/2004 range. Have heard the name but don’t think he’s been involved in any squads...

Some derby fans page had his nationality as ‘English/Irish/Nigerian’ which isn’t really promising...

Watched the 10 min highlights of Liverpool against Derby 23s. Played as the most attacking midfielder in a midfield 3. Nice step over for a goal. One other shot. With one exception, looked pretty languid out of possession. Nothing particularly special but could easily have been the youngest player on the pitch...

Ebosele wasn’t in the squad for whatever reason, injury or with the senior squad I guess...
