    Dundalk do us a favour

Its getting tight at the top now. Two points between four teams and Sligo at home coming up next. That will be massive. And we owe them for not getting a deserved win in the Showgrounds. There is the small matter of putting a professional Premier side out of the cup first but this season is now on.

By the 19th "we" could be in 2nd place,or even top-of-the-pile!Realistically though,I don't expect Dublin City or Cobh to drop any points that weekend, given that they're playing Galway & Kilkenny respective!Should both ourselves & Dublin City win, then it will set us up for one hell of a battle a week later!I still have high hopes of making this match & can't wait, although I wish I was "home" for the Sligo match!

    Deserved?

Anyway, hoping to get down for this game meself, should be a cracker. Going to be a tight finish to the league I'd say, with us, Dublin, ye and Cobh, but hopefully the Bit O' Red will come out on top .(Oh yeah, with ye second and get promoted by beating Harps or Shams in the playoff ) Good Luck!

We won't need Cobh to lose to go top. We are ahead of them now - so if Dublin slip up against Galway we could go top that weekend.

Either way the next three weeks could have a huge bearing on our season.

Just think if we do the business against Sigo & Dublin, the next three matches are Dundalk(H),Galway (A) and Kildare(H),I would expect 9 points from these,to set us on a roll for the rest of the season, before starting the "second lap" of fixtures with a visit to Cobh!
