He's coming into this now. He has played two great balls through to Bradshaw. One created a great chance for a goal.

Troy was whipped on 81 minutes. Was much better in the second half when Millwall kept the ball on the deck. Their second goal was a header from a corner. They aren't capable of creating much. It could be a long season for him but he will learn a lot.

Bardell is Irish qualified, but I don't think he's ever played for us.

Possibly thinking of Jaden Charles who used to be at Derby and is Irish qualified. Doesn't seem to have a club now.

I was watching Final Score on BBC there and they went to the Bristol Rovers v Sheff United game. As they were there, Josh Barrett was getting ready to come on. He does not look fit at all.

Alex Gilbert gets a start for Brentford today. Seems to have progressed well since he has gone there.

As far as I know, he is. For starters, he played gaelic football and his sister is an Irish dancing champion. I think it has been confirmed here previously that he is eligible.

I've only seen him the once but he was noticeably their best player, just 22 too I believe

Evan Ferguson completed his move to Brighton. Balls.ie described him as a forward, I thought he was a midfielder no?

Bohs described him as a striker too in their confirmation: https://bohemianfc.com/?p=16057

Interesting - I thought I had read previously that he was staying at Bohs until the summer and would be playing League of Ireland for the first part of the season. Then again, the way things are going there might not be much football played this side of the summer so maybe they've decided that he's as well moving now.

Apparently the reason that he can transfer at 16 and avoid the new rules is because he is a British citizen so has the automatic right to move to the UK at any age.

The above and a little more is covered in the Mail: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9129567/amp/Manchester-City-defender-Timi-Sobowale-talks-MLS-Real-Salt-Lake-City.html

It would be an interesting decision to move to the US at this age, particularly if he has the interest from Palace and the Championship that the Mail refer to. I had a look through their players and staff there and the only name I recognised was the Slovakian winger Rusnak that played against us in the recent play off.

He has had very minimal football at man city last season or this season unfortunately either with their 18s or 23s for whatever reason which is a shame. He looked a similar level to omabamidele at 17s level. Hope goes well for him

There are rumours of 10 Celtic players being required to sit out the next two league games due to a Covid incident on their mid season training camp/**** up in Dubai.

It might open the door for Connell, Coffey or Oko-Flex to get some first team minutes if true.

Although Connell was in Dubai so, knowing his luck, he'll be one of the 10 ruled out.

Nothing confirmed yet anyway. Absolute madness to go to Dubai for a training camp in the middle of a pandemic but that's another story.

Gaston went stateside to Portland Timbers about 2 years ago and there's been little information on him since. Personally i'd avoid the US as an EU citizen with a tonne of other options closer to home

coincidentally enough, Gaston posted on instagram earlier today, geotagged from Bordeux: https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ4CX9QFY7B/
