    European Travels 2005

    UEFA CUp Seedings

Seems like possible destinations are Scandanavia, The Baltics, NI (would have to be seeded) & Wales (would have to be seeded).

if were unseeded we could be playing metalurgs!!

that would be a handy draw from what i remember of them, they were very poor and we really should have beat them last time.
How are longford seeded though with the european record they've got?Seems a bit unfair for them to be seeded above city

The Town have been playing in the UEFA cup for the last while. We have been out of ranking European competition for years now.
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.

    Hey.
    We're on the left.
Does that not mean we're seeded?
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

It appears we are indeed seeded but depends on the final regionalisation decisions from UEFA. A german team could be put into Northern zone & push us into the unseeded section. Of course only UEFA could decide Germany is North & not Central

Also Longford drew a home UEFA cup game against a Bulgarian team 3 or 4 years ago. That might give them the edge over us as our last positive UEFA Cup result (Gothenburg or Kyiv?) was more than 5 years ago and doesn't count for the coefficient any more.

When you look at the tiny differences in the coefficients it shows why we should be cheering all the Irish teams on in euro competitions.

Through gritted teeth admitedly in Shels case.

Litex Lovech. Took the lead after 15 odd minutes, they equalised with about 10 to go. In the 2nd leg, we missed a chance from 3 yards out, they went up the other end and scored twice in the 90th minute

Quite interesting to see Liverpool with a co-eff of 115, kinda higher than anyone else!
