    Definitive Hangover Cure

Think I posted this before, but, the ultimate hangover cure that has been tried, tested and proven is: Solpadeine (soluble) and Rubex in the same glass of water. Ideally, it should be taken before you go to bed, but still good if you take it in the morning.

PS: While checking the correct spelling of Solpadeine, I came across this website

We're not talking about the cure as such, just the food you eat after being on the sauce all day/night.

I've had one of those big bottles of Yop before and it made me very bad.
Didn't think I'd make it through the day.
A cup of tea calmed me down until I could get to bed.
Only ever drink tea when I'm dying.
    Have Boot Disk, will travel

Hot chocolate from the posh coffee shops is always good for me, but only if its a mild hangover.

Once you've got over the worst of a hangover (with whatever food has helped you), do you find that you have a post hangover cravings as well? For example, I'm a reasonably healthy eater in general, but on a bad hangover day, I can't eat healthily at all. Can't touch a salad. Even after the worst of the hangover has gone, I still crave stodge. So after about 4-5 hours after my bacon/sausage sandwich or fry, I have to have a big feed. A roast dinner would be my favourite with plenty of potatoes or maybe fish and chips or a plainish chinese takeaway. I can't get back to eating well until the day after the day after.

This is turning into a mass debate
Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.

Depends on what type of hangover day I have. If it's work then coffee and pop-tarts spent near the water at work is good.

If it's a day off, then I usually get a jambon, or one of those hot chicken baguettes about lunchtime (when I wake up), with orange lucozade.

Then spend the afternoon on the couch with water or orange juice, before going back to sleep about 4 till about half seven.

i like fat on rashers only if they're crispy.

By the way, ever cook rashers in a microwave? One of my friends does it all the time. She loves it
The glass isn't half full or half empty it's just too damn big!
