    tosh

"The Tosh".What can I say, brilliant player. So fast and never gives opponents a second on the ball.
Dont think he will get to many starts in such a physical division but with 10 or 15 minutes to go at the end of a game,he will run his socks off and scare the sh1te out of defenders.
    A Fans Favourite.

A good young player but in my opinion John Bellew desrves the appearances that tosh has got, when Tosh got a start against Athlone he was bounced around like a crash dummy. He is better when he is put on when the legs are tyring.

Tosh is a great addition to have in the squad. His asset is coming off the bench and running a tired defence ragged.

Remember, if it wasnt for Tosh's contribution in Dublin, we'd have lost that game. He made defenders foul him for both the peno and the freekick and he almost scored himself from a header.

He might be light, but he put's himself about the place and isnt afraid to get stuck in. If Alvarez could put in the same effort, then he wouldnt be so open to scrutiny. But Carlos has scored 3 goals, two lovely ones in galway.

I dont think we should criticise our players too much, regardless of their ability. I think Petmuller is correct though in saying that pro footballers are open to this and must get used to it. This is true, but look where we are this season. We are in the top two challenging for promotion. If we're happy with the manager bringing us this far, then we should be happy to support his choices. If we had this team last year, we'd be in the Premier now.

I always look forward to Tosh being introduced into a game. Same buzz I used to get when Solsjaer warmed up for United. Now if Tosh can put four past Galway in the last ten minutes I'd be ecstatic.
