It's on the official Celtic website. It says they are playing Newry, Us, Derry and Monaghan. The tour is taking place from the 14th-27th of July 2005 though final dates for the games have yet to be confirmed.

According to Glasgow Celtic’s official website, their Reserve side are due to play Sligo Rovers in the Showgrounds as part of a pre-season tour that they are undertaking in July.
The tour, which runs from Thursday, July 14 – Wednesday, July 27, will see Celtic Reserves take on Newry, Rovers, Monaghan and Derry.
They are managed by Kenny McDowall and have recently won the Scottish Premier Reserve League for the fourth consecutive season. Further details confirming the date of the fixture are due shortly.
