AFAIK, this clause was only put in when he re-signed about 9 months back. I haven't had time to read every post about it, but i ather that Gunther deals with the contracts. A Face, to say Dolan is behind this is so ridiculous at this stage. I'm sure he orchestrated Charlton's bid and all

dolan is behind the contract. The club were unaware of it untill kevin produced a contract on ccfc headed paper signed by kevin and pat. The contract stands as pat was manager of the club when the contract was signed.

I think kevin himself is a bit confuses on weather he wants to go or not

But surely he knew what was in the contract, Colm, even if he had no dealings with it.

It would be unprofessional for the 1st Team Manager not to know the basic terms of his squads contracts. Otherwise would be hard to plan not knowing when & how a player could leave...

Could have been worse, they could have let dolan deal with it and bakrupt us. As for Doyler- isn't Dolan his adviser/friends with his adviser- I'm sure he was aware of what was going on with contracts, in Doylers case at least

even tho doyler is gone the player has yet to hand in a transfer request but the breakdown of the daal is.
