dolan is behind the contract. The club were unaware of it untill kevin produced a contract on ccfc headed paper signed by kevin and pat. The contract stands as pat was manager of the club when the contract was signed.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
