Harps are as good as relelgated already. Scoring 4 goals in 11 games is relelgation form.

Even deducting Rovers 8 points won't save them.

Don't write any team off. In UCD's last two seasons in the Premier they got off to horrendus starts. The first time managing to get back up to midtable and the second time narrowly getting relegated. If Harps come into back to back wins and get the confidence going and a bit of form together they could stay up. I also wouldn't be so confident of Rovers. We don't even know what their squad will look like for the latter half of the season.

To be honest ... when looking at their form in the first, i thought they'd have no problem in the premier .... and still think so if they find their form. They wont be pipping anyone to a place in Europe just yet but they could definitely turn things around.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
