Possibly the worst result in the history of the club - just as well we're MASSIVE off the pitch.
I phoned the speaking clock to hear a voice speak, it said - "At the tone you will be very much alone"
That was the worst performance I have seen in the twenty eight years that I followed this club.The previous was when Galway Rovers lost 7-3 at home to Thurles Town back in 1979/80. The Board, the players, the manager and general manager should hold their heads in shame. What was dished up this evening to the diehard supporters was nothing short of disgraceful. Sligo will p*** all over us next week if we play like that again. The team is a disgrace to the good name of Galway United Football Club. The Board have to act sooner rather than later before we hit rock bottom.
