    The lotto

has been won 6 times since it was started 18 months ago, there is no other lotto that has been won as much as that.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Looks like the city lotto is good value so and now to the proof........

So been around 78 draws & 6 winners so its been won 6 times.

    I think its 4 number from 28?

    28*27*26*25 / 1*2*3*4 = 20,475/1 chance of each ticket winning.

So for a winner every 13 weeks would need on law of averages to sell 20,475/13 = 1,575 tickets.

I doubt 1500 tickets being sold every week so remebre to tell people all that next time you trying to get someone to buy a ticket Bertie.

Thanks for the maths 'Statto'. Obviously we're cursed, 3 winners since December.

I'll say that to Bertie when I see him.

Sorry Eanna, Chis is no relation to Greg AFAIK.

Now that I've cleared all that up, the latest winner will be presented with his winnings, Tonight (7-3-02) in the Kerrymans @9.00pm, if anyones interested.

And remember, Keep on Playing- Ye can't all be losers

    Not to sure on

how many are sold a week but i can only imagine there is a fair few sold, and you have to remember there have been six winners of the main draw. but four EVERY week for the draw that takes place in the pub. And it is only €1.50 .... can't get much better than that.

    Thank you Eanna.

This post is just to have the two Lotto posts together.
