Why he left Charlton originally i'll never fathom. At least he made a buck or two, i guess. Not many other positives from his "stay" at CFC.

He left Charlton to play for a better club. Who could blame him, he got a game until he was injured. He's a decent player(better than tiago, jarosik and smertin)and would get a regular enough game when fit with makelale,lampard and cole his main competition when duff and robben are fit. I mean Charlton dont do anything but go into mid table obscurity, so he was right imo.

with davies signing in yesterday in just 6 days since the offer was accepted , everton are looking to keep up this rate of purchases , there is a meeting with peter kenyon next week to disscuss a £10 mill offer for parker and forsell . they also hope to close the deal keeping artetta at goodison .

for 14 mill its good value gettign 3 players like davies ,parker and forsell .

also on moyes list is one of bellamy, keane or vassell from villa .
but with stubbs and weir still yet to sign again 3 defenders still have to be bought
