My particular why is why are there an odd number of teams in the North and South Leinster sections - resulting in byes every week - when you could shift one team into the other section and make things even? Moving one Mullingar team into the other's group seems to make most sense - can't unerstand why these are in different groups? Or is just done that way so teams play roughly the same number of matches across the groups?
