What will be the situation with prize money for the 2020 season, considering the attempts being made to re-organise the structures of the FAI!

Is there going to be a new sponsor announced or will the prize money be dependent on any Government agreed financial package?

SSE Airtricity stayed aboard. No idea what happens with prize money TBH, assume it stays the same.

You'd have to imagine there's a lot up in the air at the moment.

Like - how many European spots will there be? Indications are that if the FAI goes bust, we could lose all European spots (for this year?) and then start back at the bottom of the pile next year, losing a spot on the process.

Closest I think of by way of comparison is the BDO in darts, where the world championship is on and prize money is not confirmed, except that it'll be at least 50% on advertised, and rumours of a further cut are currently circulating unchallenged.

Anything could happen this season tbh.
