backhanded snarl at robbie keane in the defoe one

Advocates of the squad system may not agree, but Tottenham's willingness to appease Robbie Keane has resulted in their most likely scorer starting on the bench too often. For all the Irishman's trickery, it may have cost Spurs a Uefa Cup place.

the rest of it is essentially part of the defoe fan club literature. I'm going to be ill

Jermain Defoe, when selected, has scored 22 goals in the season that he realised his considerable potential. England do not have a sharper striker and there are few better in the Premiership.

Yeah, didn't appreciate the Defoe / Keane comment at all. Almost saying he doesn't deserve a place in the team . Like it's Robbie's fault they didn't make Europe.

I've actually sent an e-mail to that fella. Also, Lampard - "The most complete midfielder in the world?". Well he's an attacking midfielder who tracks back, just like Ronaldinho. I know who I'd choose.
