How much are you looking forward to the new Star Wars movie?

I know there is a similar thread on this, but just thought I'd set up a poll on it.

All I know is that if this film sucks, the rest of the summer (Batman, Sin City, etc) will be a wash out for me.

Never got into it at all. Although I love the Lord of the Rings trilogy and some of my friends look stupid at me for that, so each to their own I suppose.

    You can keep asking

    "is that the Bad Guy?"

    when the music changes, and

    "who's that fella again? "

Chances are that he'll kill you, or at least hit you a thump the third time you ask! If not, the person on the other side / behind you / in front of you will burst you instead!

My advice: don't go with a diehard fan, or if you do, don't say a word throughout the film!!!

couldn't believe it when I read that people spent all yesterday watching Star Wars in London!

I have feck all interest so it I prob wouldn't realise why they'd subject themselves to that all day!

Like I said before, I'm an old school SW Saddo, grew up with the films (while they appear to have aged better than I have, of course they were able to afford the cosmetic enhancement).

It does put me in some strange turmoil that a new Batman film is coming out the same year, in that I won't be able to refer to this in addled head as the year that the Batman film was out without some diode overriding that to say "no, it's the year Star Wars finished", and continue in a loop until the end of eternity. Therefore it is imperative that Waterford Untied win the league, as that would override both.

Saddo that I am, I'm blowing off work this afternoon to watch Ep 2, and hiding tomorrow to watch the original 3, so as to have watched all 6 in sequence.
That question was less stupid, though you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Help me, Arthur Murphy, you're my only hope!

You won't believe this - just saw an advert for The O'Reilly Factor on Faux "News" - stated "Is there an anti-Bush message in the new Star Wars film. That channel gets more surreal every day.
