    Sky Sports cameras visit Galway

Not sure if this is posted already but here it is:

The Sky Sports cameras will be at Terryland Park tonight (Friday) for Galway United’s eircom League First Division clash with Monaghan United as part of the Fifa-sponsored television programme, Futbol Mundial.

The programme will include interviews with the Tribesmen’s rookie manager Stephen Lally, newly-appointed commercial manager Nick Leeson as well as some players and supporters.

Leeson’s unveiling as new head of the club’s marketing department has resulted in plenty of exposure for the Terryland Park club.

And that publicity will continue when the Sky cameras take in Friday night’s clash between two of the bottom three sides in the First Division.

The programme, which is backed and distributed by Fifa, will be aired on Sky Sports next Wednesday and Thursday, May 18th and 19th.

"FIFA Futbol Mundial are proud to sponsor Friday evening's match and to be associated with Galway United Football Club."
Not any more there not !!!!!

“FIFA Futbol Mundial” which is broadcast in more than 60 countries and watched in more than 400 million homes world-wide.
Now along with the people of Ireland all these lucky folk can have a good laugh at Galway United.

After this nobody will take the eircom league seriously. Looked like two teams that were picked outside the gate and told to go out and play.
God help us when Cork arrive in the cup.
Wonder what the odds are on Cork hitting double figures ??
    Well worth a gamble.
