I think the chant " Can we play you every week?" was never more apt.
I checked on the "inthenet.ie" sites for updates on the Galway game and not alone was there no mention of the game there was no preview either. Maybe Peadar lives in a Parrallel Universe

I completely forgot that we only get 1 point for beating Galway as they're crap. Ah well since we had a 0-0 draw away to Longford and at home to Dundalk, beating Galway convincingly is insignificant.

It's a good result, but there's no point in giving galway more credit than they deserve. They are a very poor team. Fingers crossed this is the start of a revival-we've suffered enough!

Id imagine I am one of the begrudgers you speak of, but last nights result, while a good one, doesnt herald a new era or anything. Nothing has changed since last week, the same problems do exist, and I wish they could be sorted out.

If we are all honest with ourselves, we know that Galway are a very poor team. City werent brilliant last night, but they got the job done and 3 points. I still cant see us doing much next season in a smaller league if the current trend continues. And i spose with Ollie gone things arent looking great (although after last nights performance we wont miss him!)
