I'm curious why you are so exercised by this issue, especially when you seem to be confirming that what I said previously was correct



From what I can see both of these individuals were confirmed on the seven person board in January 2019 and have since resigned. Is this incorrect?

Try reading my post that you quoted. Also update your calender to October 2019.

And cut out the sh!te. You know what your doing when you say the board had "unexpected resignations" plural when they were 9 months apart and completely unrelated.

I read your post and I don't see anything that indicates that what I posted is inaccurate, but am open to correction if it is.

My understanding is that 2 of the 7 person board appointed or elected at the AGM January this year have since resigned.

I have no idea if these resignations were related or not, but I assume that they were unexpected.
