Tomorrow is crunch day for the bottom four in a FAPL.
Any thoughts/predictions? I'm on NewsTalk106 tomorrow lunchtime talking about Saints, and I'll be having a few drinks to steady the nerves.

It really is interesting this year, more so because it is four teams fighting it out to stay up. The way the fixtures are the kindest falls to Norwich. In terms of excitement the leagues fixture machine got it spot on. What with the cracker of Saints and the Canaries last week followed by Palace Saints today it really is enthralling stuff.
Personally I think today's game will be a draw, however I think Norwich are going to win today, meaning they will be a point ahead going into next weekends round of games.
I expect WBA to be relegated this evening. And no harm either. Any (premier league) chairman who gives that fool bryan robson a job deserves his/her head chopping off.
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!
Good luck with that...Would prefer the other 3 to stay up all the same. Match is on tv3 if anyone wants to watch 1 teams demise live.
Listening to it now. Fair play! At least your talking to Gerry O'Sullivan and not that Langan fella he has the conversation skills of a small pebble..![]()

The reality is that Norwich, who haven't won away all season will get a draw at best (Fulham winning 1-3 away to Villa, means that they are playing well and their home form is good.
The reality is that Southampton will not beat Man Utd have been playing really well (should have been 4-0 up today after an hour and won 4-0 against a pi55 poor Charlton side last week).
Also the freak is missing for the game
The reality is that WBA will win, so what as Palace will beat Charlton.
So there u have it....Palace remain in the premiership![]()

I hope Palace saves itself. West Brom is allright though I prefer Palace. I'm an Aston Villa fan, so a third Birmingham-based team in the PL may be a bit nasty for us, while a London team won't rob any spectators...
I'd like Norwich to stay up if had to choose.
Have done well since stopped playing Doherty or maybe it was Delias 'lets be h'avin you' outburst. Saw it on tv last night again & is truelly cringeworthy.

Here is how I think it will pan out:-
Fulham 1 - 1 Norwich (Fulham have only lost to Chelsea and Newcastle recently, doubt Norwich will beat them)
Southampton 1 - 2 Manchester United (a few months ago they were beaten badly, this time theyre missing Crouch too)
Charlton 0 - 2 Palace (Charlton are always rubbish at the end of the season)
West Brom 3 - 1 Portsmouth (West Brom have been playing well, Portsmouth havent)
Which will see Palace stay up.

FA reject Crouch appeal over ban
The Football Association have rejected a claim for wrongful dismissal by Southampton on behalf of striker Peter Crouch.
The 24-year-old was sent off for violent conduct during Saturday's 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace after a tussle with Uruguayan defender Gonzalo Sorondo.
Crouch therefore misses Southampton's final game of the Premiership season at home to Manchester United on Sunday and the first two games of the next campaign-----

southampton will miss the freak badly, but the fuking cheek they had to appeal it
Yeah because he was really vicious, wasn't he?![]()
I feel sorry for Crouch in that he gets some really rough punishment from defences, but refs seem to always let it go. Can't say I'm surprised that he finally lost his rag though. Moment of madness and all that, but the Ref was initially going to give him a yellow card, however Serondo slapping Le Saux around sort of put pay to that. To be perfectly honest, I feel the Ref just let far too much go in the 60 minutes beforehand, so not only was the sending off out of keeping with the rest of the game, but too many players thought they could get away with too much - Johnson's lunge on Oakley as a prime example.
However I am surprised at the amount of vitriol that so many Palace fans seem to have towards Saints though. And it's not as if Higginbotham's goal is the cause of it either. Truly baffling.
Yeah we'll miss Crouch, put it's not as if we only have one player that scores goals (aka dives for penalties). The fact that the best insult anyone can come up with is 'Freak' shows that they're scared of him. In a roundabout way, it's a sort of backhanded compliment. I wasn't thrilled with Crouch as a signing, but I'm happy to have been proved so wrong. Great signing, worth his weight in gold.
I do however think there are a lot of Red 'n Blue tinited glasses around. Surely everyone can see that Norwich are favourites to stay up for a reason? They're in good form, and if you had to pick any team to play against for your first away win, wouldn't Fulham be near the top of that list?

i think robson has really proved how much he has improved as a manager - even if he hadn't kept wba up, the critics would still have been proved wrong, given the turn-around in their form under robbo.Originally Posted by Kingdom
