Maguire quits Hoops
It has been reported this evening that Tony Maguire has stepped down as chairman of Shamrock Rovers. Another director Paul Boyle has also stepped down.
It is understood that both stepped down following the club's meeting with the FAI and the club licensing committee.
Maguire had been hit with a string of criticism from Rovers' fans and many had been calling for his head long before today.
