The anti-Harps bias of the Dublin teams strikes again
Paul Devlin for Bohs away to Bray in 2006. Now that was over the line!! (Edit: added video, awful quality but the moment in question is at 2:19)
I’m leaning toward Sir Pineapple on this one. Not clear cut at all - could be either a goal or not based on the evidence. And Nigel, it’s deffo not a full 2 yards over. on the sauce were ye? ;-)

Tough one last night to take for Rovers, a draw would have been a fair result I think, they were def the better side in the first, but Dundalk absolutely upped the gears in the second and finished the stronger.
Dundalk defended very well all night, there is a serious level of concentration across the back 4 and that will get better once Boyle is up to speed and ready for action, our MF was poor in the first half, Murray looked well off the pace, pity Flores missed out being injured would have liked to have seen how he fared in a high profile game like last night. Great to see Benson back and passing it, MCGrath was superb for his hold up play for the assist for the goal. Rovers need a striker, that is beyond critical at this stage.
The quality from both sides was good, I'm sure it was a decent view on tv, delighted with the win, not over yet, but can't really see anyone getting too close at this stage, but still 4 months to go and europe could have an impact, so you never know. I think Dundalk will get stronger though.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), first Irish club to win points in a group stage in Europe (2016).
Rovers are getting way too much praise for their performance last night.
Dundalk weren't at the races in the first half. Had Rovers a shot on target? Finn's looked to be going wide and Byrne hit the crossbar.
Dundalk were in control for virtually all of the second half until they shut up shop after the goal. Greene's miss was poor alright but he's not a goalscorer.
Deserved win for Dundalk overall, in a game that they were forced to play a 50% fit Murray in the middle.
Rovers simply aren't a good enough team to challenge for the title. 1 point from 18 against the 1st and 3rd placed teams proves that.
Bohs are still the best team to play Dundalk this season (Dundalk blessed in both home games, especially the first one) and I'd expect them to finish 2nd at this stage. If that does happen, surely it's the end for Bradley.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion the league table will tell a story in the end.
I'm not so sure we are better off than the last couple of seasons. Ok, we've managed to beat Cork ( but then who hasn't this year )and yourselves at Richmond, but we aren't played well overall. We're still floating around mid table, as we were last year. I think th frustration is that we seemed to have recruited well, and arguably have the players to be pushing for third place.
On the Rovers/ Dundalk game, I though it was a red for Rogers. If it had been against Pats I'd have been furious that it wasn't given, and believe me, I have no agenda for Rovers. Great finish by Gannon though to win it.

Nice touch from Harps. Didn't make the game but by all accounts we were rubbish.

Sligo are tweeting in Westlife quotes tonight.
For that, they deserve to lose.
And hilariously, we have scored! 1-0 good guys. Scales.
