Urgent help re. web hosting

Hello!
I', running in my college mock election-I have wirtten a 6 page maifesto but was then told it could only be one page (is going on the college website). So I want to put the key points in it and put a link at the bottom to my full manifesto....but I need somewhere to host the full one. Basically a webpage where I can type in 2000 words and hit save....need it tonight? Have been trawling through goodle-you guys are my last hope :
Any ideas?

Whyn't you just upload the file to one of the myriad of free file storage gaffs?

Whey-Dahamsta to the rescue-was looking for some of them!
Nice one-will put it up; any ideas on a website for the people who cannae be bothered to download it?
