Wgaf about McGinn, this is a Hourihane thread no?
There's a tetchiness and hostility that's crept into this forum which I would very much not like to see. My back is often killing me these days, compared to when I first signed up, but you'll never get me taking out my frustration by typing things like "wgaf".
I hope.
Anyway, this is the only forum I still visit every day for well over ten years, and for a good reason. Sensible, intelligent posters who offer interesting insight and info, among other things.
Hourihane's strikes from outside the box are a great thing to have at our disposal. I felt watching him against Georgia that he'd come on a lot this season, in every facet of his game.
Apologies for taking the bait. I concur with all of your points above.
I just assumed this was a Ireland soccer forum not a Scotland forum.
What’s improved in his game is he isn’t playing for that dinosaur anymore and plays for a coach that knows what tactics are.
We are accustomed here to a better class and manner of post than those you are generally speaking providing in your time here thus far, you tend toward one sentence offerings aimed at point scoring or worse still, argument stirring, with little information content, its very unbecoming in truth. This is a very fine institution of the www, after all, and a longstanding one also. Far be it from me to intervene, but have you heard of YBIG ? It would appear more suited to your style, and indeed present level perhaps.
Yeah it’s kind of an unwritten rule to not be a complete pr!ck to others on this forum.
Imagine it’s a room where lots of people are socialising, perhaps having a cocktail or a glass of well-aged Scotch, talking about their favourite subject: the Irish soccer team.
And then you walk in acting like Conor McGregor. Doesn’t really sit well.
You’re free to do it of course, but you look like a complete pr!ck and nobody takes your opinion seriously as a result.
Yours,
Captain Snowflake ❄️
Ps *your power
