In terms of success the fact that Willie McStay's team won three trophys in the one season would then automatically qualify him as the most successful manager in recent times if not ever
Now in terms as to who was Rovers best ever manager thats a white horse of a different colour.

I know that with willie we won the 3 but it would have to be Sinclair cause we actually won the premier division under him.

You know what i mean the top the division in 1977. Its like when people talk about previous winners of the Champions league when it was actually called the european cup.
