training bust up

heard McCarthy got 5 stitches..

There was no bust up, and this sort of tripe has to be nipped in the bud before it gets any more ludicrous than this.

Derek and Robbie went for a ball, Derek stooped to head it, Robbie went to kick it, Derek ended up with a couple of stitches over the corner of his eye. He ducked his head a little low, Robbie aimed his boot a little high...no drama, and certainly no bust-up.Run of the Mill training stuff.

Go speculate in the tabloids please, and stop spreading unsubstantiated gossip.

Consider it locked. I think everybody is happy that the story is a load of tripe so I don't see any need to rubbish it. It wasn't offensive, just badly informed. So let that be the end of it.
