    Wink Cork City

I beleive a proper organised link with Cork City would be a benefit to all players and clubs.Cobh should be used as a feeder Club to City untul Cobh get promotion,Ihope this year to see results.

Why exactly? I suppose in a way they are already but just because they are in the same county I don't see why they should officially be a feeder club.

They are both seperate clubs with their own identities. It's only a matter of time before the Ramblers overtake City as Munsters dominant force anyway

Wouldn't agree at all. I think Ramblers have their own identity and would want to preserve that. City are better off forging links with underage clubs than another eL club. Its one thing sending players down there on loan, that is a good idea, but a formal link is in no-one's interests IMO

don't think it is a good idea, full stop, it's one thing sending players on loan, but a formal tie up would be a very very bad move for Ramblers.

Totally agree with Eanna. cobh have their own identity and thats the way it should and will stay. however, city would do well to start lookin at the young lads they have comin through. the likes of darren murphy, james cummins, michael o shea etc. would be o fgreat benefit to cork.
