Why the League insists on foisting so many on us is the third secret of Abbotstown 😁
Interestingly, Bohs' average attendance for Monday league games this year is 3021. The average league attendance in general is 2,899. We played Rovers and Derry on Mondays attracting 3594 and 2448 respectively.

I hope the FAI is fining the fcuk out of them every time it happens, as it's becoming a regular thing with some clubs now.
Now? Its been going on for years. Many clubs have had idiots run on to the pitch occasionally but it's part of (some) of Rovers supporters' goal celebration signature a long while whenever they can. Not suggesting that it was a Rovers fan but there was a numpty out of the North Stand of the Aviva, up and over hoarding like a flipping cat at the Switzerland game and got as far as jumping in with the players celebration. He had a green an white 'hooped' scarf on but may be a coincidence although it looked like a honed skill!!

If there was no umbrella, it wasn't a Rovers fan. You should know that Nesta.

Was talking more generally across the League. Bohs V shams always a crowd puller but (unfortunately) not a reflection of league attendances.
Tallaght attracted 7000 for last derby but about 1000 for previous fixture (previous Tuesday I think).

700 maximum. Monday night's crowd was disappointing for a Cup quarter final. Waterford's crowds are always poor except on Friday night's.The only time our crowds have dropped below 1000 in league was for a Saturday and Monday night game.

Drogheda's promotion would be of greater advantage to Dundalk though I do like the trips to Donegal best out of those that could be in the the play-off.

Any update on this Nigel? Or does anybody else keep track of their own club's average?
Bohs' league average this year is 2864 which 9 home end sellouts, 10 in total if you include Rovers this Friday.
Might add the cup attendances to it if I get ahold of them
