Women who queue up for the ATM (or anything for that matter) and when it's their turn they start to rummage around in their bag like as if someone has unexpectedly asked them to produce their ATM card.
This takes a few minutes, then they spend ages trying to figure out what they want.
You hear the beeps and think, 'finally!' only to see them push the card back in because they've made the wrong choice and have to start again.
Then when they eventually get their cash and take their card, they have to pack everything back up again, while standing at the machine.

Bad manners, like when you hold the door open for some wan and she barges past with out a word of thanks, and it is not just young wans that have this habit .

Also when you are driving along and pull in to let someone trough (even though you don’t have to) and they don’t acknowledge it

When you are in a shop being served by the cashier, and they spend the whole time talking to the one next to them and totally ignore you. Drives me insane. Its so rude

Agree totally, I usually follow it up with "You're f*ckin welcome!"

People who can't tell the difference between...

    1) your and you're
    2) their, they're and there
    3) its and it's
    4) Plural and Possessive (with regards apostrophes)

and the other ridiculous typos you see far too often. How hard is it to learn to spell?!
