Sorry KT. I just happened to be working on that piece of legislation at the moment, I can confirm however that the £200 fine sticker is no longer applicable. That was under the Tobacco (Health Promotion and Protection) Regulations 1995. This has now be revoked by the legislation I earlier referred to. The fine is now €3,000 KT and has indeed been enforced.I know every bus is a no-smoking one, but ar$eholes take no notice of this including the busdrivers and the bus company. I constantly have to endure smelly ba$tards puffing their guts out with no respect for anyone else. The £200 fine sticker on the window has i am sure never been enforced. I don't know what you were trying to clear up Brendan,
