i know what your getting at but last thing people want is some idiot with a drum beating away all through the game
Lads,
What we really need for the next home game is a bit of singing and chanting. Are there lads on here who are willing to get it going - get involved. The best thing would be to meet in the Shed - maybe behind the goal and start it off. Anyone got access to a drum? That would be a good addition.
The SC lads I presume will be organising whatever they organise so we need non-SC committee members to start this off. I know when we go to away matches we sing but we need that at home.![]()

Its in the Roxboro shopping complex next to the X-tra Vision about five minutes walk from the ground. Its known for its kareoke nights and tough clienteleOriginally Posted by LFC in Exile
I've no problem with the wheel myself but may i suggest the Spotted Dog in Janesboro as a more neutral place for Limerick fans to get together before the games if some people don't fancy it.
Quite a few of us stand off to the side of the pitch though and don't go near the shed (you may have noticed us/laughed at us getting soaked during the Kilkenny game) so you'll have to get the daytripper supporters to singalong with you. The place does need more atmosphere though, the crowd only ever come alive when we have scored, if I want that I'll just go to a Arsenal, Chelsea or United home game!
I know that lot of the regulars populate the sideline thats the whole point trying to coax ye into the shed. Go on, one night only, give it a tryOriginally Posted by jebus
