It's a real shame how Connell's career has deteriorated to the extent that it has. It's really fallen off a cliff. He looked so promising at Bolton.
Whoever advised him to move to Celtic is obviously completely incompetent or only interested in lining their own pockets.
Luca can rise again.
I remember an interview where he said he spoke to Coleman and Duffy before he moved and they told him to go for it, it would be a great move for him.

Nice for him to get some senior football even if it’s Queens Park. Has he been called into the under 21s yet now that Coventry has moved up to the senior squad?
I imagine he's not in the 21s squad precisely because he hasn't played a proper game of football in two years.
It didn’t seem to affect Conor Coventry’s call up, and in fact, he’s now been drafted into our senior squad!
Coventry played with Lincoln, to be fair, but I'd say 90% of his call-up is down to him being in the 21s under Kenny and the fact he's unlikely to feature anyway.

Seems fairly pointless so, bar giving him a little taste of the senior set up. It's a kick in the teeth for somebody like McGeady, who we know could actually offer some value on the pitch, and whose form actually merits a call up. It's all well and good that SK is thinking long-term, but results are also needed right now. Maybe he feels he might use him though in a certain situation.

Just scored a screamer outside the box by all accounts for Queen’s Park. Great to see it!
He's started very well there - he was one of our better players for the u21s the other day too.
Luca had a smashing game for the 21s against Wales, and it's credit to him that he didn't look off the pace

It's amazing - in all these years I never heard that Queen's Park's nickname was 'the Spiders'.
It's quite the most hideous kit I've ever seen. It genuinely hurts the eyes.
